I love Adam and Kia! I swear Airicka can't not write characters that you can't help but fall in love with.Adam is hot,popular,rich,and sweet. But despite his social status being way above Kia's,he isn't going to let it stand between the. Kia is shy,smart,clumsy,and cute.She doesn't think she stands a chance with Adam. Revealing Kia is book 2 and also final book in The Lost Girl Series and I hate to see them go, but it was an awesome journey to watch their relationship unfold.
***SPOILER IF YOU HAVEN'T READ BOOK 1 YET!***Finding Kia(Book 1) was a sort of Cinderella Story with a twist.The boy Kia meets at a Masquerade party and falls for is none other than her BFF's brother. Which throws a wrench in an already messy situation.***
So now in Revealing Kia,Adam and Kia are between a rock and hard place. After finding out Kia and the girl from the party he is no longer torn between two girls.But Kia is torn between two people,Adam and Nessie. Nessie asked Kia not to be with her brother Adam and Kia does her best to comply. After Adam finds out she was the girl from the party Kia avoids him at all cost.However, fate throws them together during a week long Christmas trip and things get tricky. Kia must find a way to get over Adam for the sake of her friendship with Nessie or come clean about their feelings for each other in hopes of still keeping her best friend. So what happens when you are forced to chose between the boy you want and your best friend? Can Kia find a way to keep both of them without losing either?

“You better hurry.” The low, lazy drawl had me turning back to the room. Adam lay on his back, arms folded beneath his head. “I think I’m beginning to doze off again.” Stifling my laugh, I stole a peek up and down the hall before slipping inside and shutting the door. I crept across the room, careful not to stir Kenny who snored like he’d swallowed a blow horn. “I don’t know if I want to wake you,” I murmured, stopping when my knee bumped the edge of the mattress. “You might throw me into a snow bank, too.” There was something intense about the way he watched me. I didn’t know what it was, but it had my heart galloping and my body reacting in a way that brought a flush to my face. “The only place I’m going to throw you is right here.” He had my wrist before I could catch his meaning. I was yanked onto the bed, still warm and rumpled from his body. I might have squeaked or gasped or something, but it was a distant memory when his mouth took claim of mine.

I am a born and bred wild child. (Or I like to think so anyway!)

I moved to sunny Folkestone to escape and find my feet as, well whatever I was destined to be! But alas, my short attention span made finding that destiny a little difficult! One day I came across a diary entry that made me laugh so hard; I actually fell off my chair. (Yes, this can happen!) I decided that the entry was so funny; it needed to be shared with the world! So I started writing, and attempted to turn it into a novel. Though to this day, that novel remains unfinished, it will always be the novel that got me started, and showed me what I was passionate about. Honestly? I have aspired to be everything from a Private Investigator to a Zoo Keeper with my career; my interests change so quickly that I could never stick with one! Writing gives me the freedom to choose; I can be a cold-hearted assassin in love with a poet one day and the secret lesbian lover of a politician the next! All my life, I have had a strong, unwavering passion for anything supernatural, spiritual and slightly unexplainable, I love the idea that there can be something completely fantastical lurking beneath the confines of normality. So of course, mythical creatures of all shapes and sizes dominate most of my work! In a nutshell, I am a creative crazy bean, living with my lovely husband and a house full of too many animals!
