Absolutely loved this book!I was captivated by the blurb,I need to find out how things turned out.It was a intense read.I felt what the characters were feeling.I was actually almost in a total panic to find out their fate.
The night before the blood ball or "coming out" ball,Callie and Jane go out hunting at a local club just like they always do.Never did they think a normal night would turn into a nightmare. After drinking from Chase, Callie wipes his memory just as she is suppose to do only for someone reason it doesn't stick. When her and her mom run into him the next day in town,he remembers her and what she is.Desperate to fix this her mom brings him home and locks him in a room until they can properly erase his memory.Meanwhile Callie goes the blood ball and is determined to find a suitable mate but never did she expect to find her true mate.As Callie and Cody start their bonding,Cody and his family is pulled into the chaos cause by Chase. They must face the counsel and hope no one loses their life.A strange discovery may save their lives but may wreck havoc on others. Will Cody and Callie be able to finally finish their mating ritual and be together forever or will they be torn apart? Why is Chase immune to vampire powers and will he live long enough to come to terms with this discovery?
